The JV Trinity League opener between the Santa Margarita Eagles and the St. John Bosco Braves came down to 2 fourth down plays and a third play to cap off the game. In between was a great defensive effort by the Eagles and at times an offense that clicked but just not as consistent as needed for the Eagles to get in the endzone and answer the Braves. Played at St. John Bosco High School in Bellflower, California these two-teams demostrated excellence in sportsmanship and played high quality football. Paul J. Higgins brings you the exciting action.
