The Santa Margarita Eagles took on the Santiago Sharks at Fred Kelly Stadium in Orange, California for the CIF-SS Open Championship. SM came out fast with two scores, Santiago closed the gap entering the second-half but the Eagles stayed a step ahead with two more goals eventually scoring two more. Cora Fry had two clutch goals and the Eagles win the championship. Paul J. Higgins has all the exciting girls soccer action.
