Pacific Coast Triathlon Crystal Cove State Park Posted: Sep 22, 2011 The 14th edition of the Pacific Coast Triathlon took place at Crystal Cove State park on the 10th Anniversary of 911. there is really two stories to this memorable race. As for the race, Brazilian Juliano Teruel came across the finish line first but Jason Engle had the best time of the day with a 1:02:29 race. Julie Swail-Ertle won in the women's division. Paul J. Pacific Coast Triathlon Washington D.C. Firefighters 911 Posted: Sep 22, 2011 The Pacific Coast Triathlon took place on the 10th Anniversary of 911. Americans died in New York, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. Two DC Firefighters Dennis Carmody and George Gerdy came across the country to participate in the Triathlon. What they did was a true testament of courage and honor to their fallen brothers on 911. Paul J. Higgins was on hand to bring you this memorable story.	California Battle Paddle Posted: May 26, 2011 10,000 spectators were on hand in Dana Point California for the California Battle Paddle held at famous surfing spot Doheny State Beach. The sport of Paddleboarding is more popular then ever. Thomas Edward Blake discovered the Paddleboard in the 1930's. Today's advanced technology has taken Paddleboarding into the fitness forefront with thousands of new paddleboarders taking to the sport for fun, competition and exercise. Orange County International Triathlon Posted: May 26, 2011 "The city of Mission Viejo and Lake Mission Viejo hosted the 2011 OC International Triathlon. Hundreds of athletes took to the lake for the 1500 meter swim, the bike course for the 40k ride and the streets and trails for the 10k run. Also held was the OC Duathlon and an Aquathon. Steve Chrapchyaski dominated winning the Duathlon while Jordan Bethke finished first in the OC International Triathlon. Paul J.
